Dutch Business Development Executive

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively identify and qualify new business leads
• Reach out to potential clients through calls and email outreach
• Build rapport and present the value proposition of innovative digital tools and solutions
• Account management of existing clients
• Understand customer needs and align them with tailored solutions
• Book meetings and introductory calls between prospects and the wider sales team
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets
• Develop a strong understanding of the product suite and effectively communicate its business impact
• Share success stories and case studies with prospects in strategic industries

What We’re Looking For:

• Full professional fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• A self-starter with strong motivation to develop within a sales environment
• Proven experience hitting sales targets or KPIs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales or business development is a must (ideally in tech or SaaS)
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and work autonomously
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, as well as outreach platforms like SalesLoft or Outreach.IO
