Finance Business Partner

Description:

As the lead finance business partner within a key department of this leading multinational, you will work closely with all business functions and manage day to day finance in this divisional business unit.

This role will suit a qualified accountant who is commercially minded. You will be interested in expanding on your existing industry experience in a fast paced environment.

The Role

• Collaborate with finance and non-finance functions with the ultimate goal of business improvement
• Play a major role in decision making on cost savings, investments and innovative initiatives
• Working closely with management and directors to support on a day to day basis
• Assisting with the annual budget and profit and loss preparation with the goal to achieve long term success
• Development of KPIs which communicate the progress of department strategy
• Other as hoc work as required

The Candidate

• Qualified accountant with experience working in a PLC or multinational
• Experienced business partner in finance and non-finance functions
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels across the business
• Very strong attention to detail and analytically skilled
• Strong leadership qualities and experience of team development
