Financial Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts ensuring compliance with Irish accounting standards and relevant tax regulations.
• Manage financial records for residential, commercial, and hospitality properties, including rent roll reconciliations, accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support effective decision-making across the group.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial reporting processes.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
