Working from the offices in the Dublin area, responsibilities of the role will include:

• Spearheading the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance the company’s product reputation.
• Pioneering innovative marketing initiatives, with a focus on early adoption of digital platforms and emerging technologies.
• Designing and overseeing marketing strategies for both existing products and new launches to ensure strong market positioning.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the marketing team to enhance their performance and support achievement of individual and team goals.
• Establishing and tracking KPIs to maximise the return on investment of all marketing campaigns and activities.

What are the requirements?

• Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in both traditional and digital
• People management experience
• Fantastic communication skills
