Investment Associate

Description:

The role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle — origination, financial modelling, due diligence, transaction execution and project finance — working closely with senior investment teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and originate renewable energy investment opportunities
• Build and review acquisition and valuation models
• Support commercial, technical and legal due diligence
• Assist with transaction execution (acquisitions, JVs, financings)
• Prepare investment materials for internal committees

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in IB, Big 4 (Deals / Valuations), or renewables development
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Transaction exposure in infrastructure or energy
• Degree-qualified (finance, engineering or similar)
