Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Month-End

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L & Balance Sheet)
• Perform reconciliations and investigate variances
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to Group
• Manage accruals, provisions, and bad debt processes

Business Partnering

• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight
• Deliver performance analysis and support decision-making
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes

Financial Control & Compliance

• Support audit processes and prepare audit schedules
• Assist with statutory reporting, VAT, and tax compliance
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance

Projects & Process Improvement

• Support integration of newly acquired entities
• Assist with process improvements and system enhancements
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• ~3+ years' experience in financial services or similar
• Strong month-end and management accounting experience
• Proven business partnering skills
• Advanced Excel; ERP experience beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
