Senior Financial Accountant

Who should apply?

Candidate should be newly qualified accountants with 3+ years PQE currently working in:

• Big 4/ Top 10 firm in audit, tax or FAAS.
• First role outside practice in financial accounting/analysis but looking to work directly with key decision makers.

• Strong excel and technical reporting skills

Role and Reporting Lines

This role reports to the Group Financial Controller and indirectly to the CFO to include

• Reporting - Preparation of quarterly management accounts, B/S recs, year-end accounts, liaising with auditors, and preparation of audited financial statements
• Compliance - Ensuring financial compliance across various structures
• Management and develop direct reports
• Working closely with the CFO on various ad-hoc projects, with a particular focus on bringing improvements / efficiencies to the current systems in place.
• Finance Operations - Hands-on involvement
• Tax - must have high level knowledge of tax filings
• Financial modelling, monthly projections and cashflow planning
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
