Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of therapists and spa staff
- Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for all guests,
- Monitor and drive spa revenue, retail performance, and treatment bookings
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance
- Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost control
- Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure continuous service improvement
- Collaborate with hotel management to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in a spa management or senior supervisory role
