Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional service standards

• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for all guests,
• Monitor and drive spa revenue, retail performance, and treatment bookings
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health & safety, and compliance
• Manage stock levels, supplier relationships, and cost control
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure continuous service improvement
• Collaborate with hotel management to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in a spa management or senior supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth
• Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends
• Relevant beauty/spa qualification desirable
