What You’ll Do
- Act as the go-to contact for our suppliers, resolving day-to-day issues and providing support through training and education on Wayfair tools
- Work effectively across our global team to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Challenge and improve our internal processes by proposing and implementing solutions that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and an excellent supplier experience
- Test new, innovative ideas through pilot programmes, identifying patterns and recommending improvement opportunities
- Extract and communicate relevant insights and learnings to stakeholders, creating a shared understanding of supplier concerns and trends
- Develop positive and productive relationships with cross-functional teams, acting as a strong representative of our team internally and as an internal advocate for our suppliers within Wayfair
What You’ll Need
- Proven success in supplier, vendor, or client support, ideally within logistics, B2B, e-commerce, or supply chain environments
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); Polish or German language skills are a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and clearly communicate them to relevant stakeholders to enable quick resolution
- Proven experience managing small projects, including overseeing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful delivery
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain momentum, and effectively prioritise to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; demonstrable ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Any experience with Google BigQuery (GBQ), SQL, or data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
