Transcriptionist

This is a role for a remote Transcriptionist based in Ireland. The Transcriptionist will accurately transcribe audio recordings into written documents, ensuring high levels of precision and efficiency. The role involves reviewing and proofreading transcripts for quality, formatting documents to meet client specifications, and maintaining confidentiality and data security standards. The Transcriptionist will actively collaborate with clients and the internal team to address queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in transcription, typing, and documentation software
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with legal, medical, or academic terminology is a plus
• Prior experience in a transcription or similar role is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality regulations
